During the operation of MAKE MORE MONEY project (www.moneyexplosion.me and sub-pages), the controller is the ME Automated Flow International Ltd. (hereinafter: the “Controller”). It manages the personal data of registered users in connection with the activities of the websites, solely for the purpose of sending information letters and fulfilling orders and for fulfilling any obligation (billing) related to the fulfilment. It handles only personal data that is necessary for the purpose of the data management and is suitable for the purpose. It handles personal data only to the extent and for the time necessary to achieve the purpose.

 

The Controller shall protect the personal data of the registered users in all reasonable ways.

Legal basis for data management

Contribution: According to Article 6 (1) a) of the GDPR, The data subject has given consent to the processing of his or her personal data for one or more specific purposes.

Performance of contract: According to Article (1) b) of the GDPR, data processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.

Fulfilment of a legal obligation: According to Article (1) c) of the GDPR, data processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject (such as accounting / bookkeeping obligations).

Legitimate interest: According to Article (1) f) of the GDPR, data management is necessary to assert the legitimate interests of the controller or of a third party. “Data processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require protection of personal data, in particular where the data subject is a child.”

Contribution to data management: By checking the box when registering or signing up the user gives consent to handle their personal data, given voluntarily by them.

The scope of the managed data: Information needed from registered users during the registration process to fulfil the order: Name, Contact (phone, email), Shipping address, Billing address

Purpose of data collection: Sending informational e-mails, sending marketing messages, fulfilling orders and billing.

Identity of the potential controllers entitled to access the data:

– Sándor Gonosz, as well as authorized persons, administrators employed by the Controller, under the obligation of confidentiality.

– authorized personnel of SalesAutopilot Kft. providing technical background (support, customer service, as defined in the user agreement).

 

Data management is according to the, Controller’s headquarters’, “Data Protection Act 2018” of the United Kingdom and to the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation). According to the GDPR, our company is not required to appoint a data protection officer; therefore, we provide the opportunity to inquire about data privacy in our central contact. 

Duration of data management: Electronically stored personal data will be deleted at user’s request after the period of use of the service. 

Data storage, data management is in a closed secured system, on the servers of SalesAutopilot Ltd. The Controller does not store any personal data in its personal computers, storage or servers. The customer may request the controller

• to give information regarding the management of his or her personal data,
• to correct his or her personal data,
• to delete or block personal data.

 

The Controller provides primarily automatic, user data modification opportunity to modify the data, unless otherwise specified by other regulations (e.g., billing, accounting).

If the user has previously placed an order, the valid data at the time of sending is attached to the order. The user may initiate information, modification or deletion of his or her personal data attached to the order in person, via phone or email. The Controller may refuse to delete the data if the deletion of the data would render impossible legal obligations because of invoicing reasons. 

 

The Controller shall provide written information as soon as possible, but in any case, within 30 workdays after the request has been submitted, in a clear and comprehensible form upon request of the registered user. If the Controller finds the request of the registered user to be legitimate, it shall take immediate action to correct or delete his or her personal data.

 

If the registered user is dissatisfied with the response of the Controller, he or she can assert his or her right to the protection of his or her personal data in civil court, and in Hungary he or she can contact the National Protection and Freedom of Information Authority (www.naih.hu/kapcsolat.html), in other countries, the local authority.
